Having a leader like Heather to look to and learn from has been such a blessing to my career development. She has a keen ability to be able to use data to identify strengths and weaknesses and thus create a repeatable and sustainable process to manage either. She has brought much needed structure in how I operate on a day-to-day basis which has shown in my performance overall.

Her greatest gift, though, is her way with people. As an employee of hers, she has always made me feel seen, heard, supported, and valued. Most importantly, she has always made me feel like a human. Her level of compassion is rare in a leadership role and I am grateful to be able to answer to someone like her.

Learning from Heather has truly brought me to the next level in my career and I genuinely look forward to what the future holds under her leadership.
